Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Pacific Hotel was overall delightful. The room was cozy with a beautiful view of Namsan Seoul Tower, even though it felt a bit old and dated. The service was top-notch, accommodating, and went the extra mile to assist with our luggage. The location couldn't have been better, close to the subway station, airport bus stop, and vibrant areas like Myeongdong. The dining experience was decent, although breakfast could have had more variety. The facilities were satisfactory, ensuring a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and brightly lit, but a bit small compared to what I expected based on a previous stay on the 8th floor. The service was decent, with helpful staff but lacking proactivity and problem-solving skills. The location was superior and very convenient, although the breakfast could have been better. Overall, it was a good choice for holidaymakers seeking a prime location in Myeongdong.
The hotel is in a prime location, perfect for exploring Seoul with ease. The rooms are smaller than expected and can get quite hot. The large walk-in shower with a powerful rainfall shower is a nice touch, though.
The hotel was conveniently located right across the busy Myeongdong street, providing a relatively quiet retreat in this bustling area. The rooms were spacious, bright, and equipped with international plug-in sockets, offering a comfortable stay. The service was extremely helpful and courteous, making my trip to Seoul very enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited, and the quality of the food was poor.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is excellent, very near to the subway and bus station, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The service was friendly and helpful, especially the manager on duty, but the room had a lingering cigarette smell and was quite dark even during the day. The dining options were just okay, and the breakfast service could be improved for those needing an early start. However, the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its above-standard rooms that were super comfortable and offered great service. Although the rooms were modern, clean, and spacious for three persons, they were a bit on the smaller side for my liking.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms were big, airy, and super clean, offering a pleasant stay. However, the dining options were limited and somewhat repetitive, leading to a less satisfying experience. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and transportation, but the dining could use some improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from Myeongdong, offering a great value for money stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the dining options could be more varied. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, adding to a positive guest experience.
The hotel is situated across Myeongdong shopping area and metro station, making it perfect for shopping and exploring. The rooms were spacious, even with two large suitcases, although it was a bit far from the lift lobby and lacked air conditioning. The service, especially from the chambermaid, was friendly and knowledgeable. The location is just a stone's throw away from the hotel, with easy access to subway stations and shopping areas. The dining options offered various foods to fit different tastes. Overall, a convenient choice for a stay in Seoul.
